Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to be eligible for a refund.
We are required by UK law to offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, you will be provided instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping fees are to be paid for by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund can be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
